Dear WONCA Europe 2024 authors/participants,

this is the 29th WONCA Europe Conference on-line programme web-platform. Here you can find all information regarding the scientific programme, “authors instruction” for uploading presentations and adding authors photo and short bio.

Accessing and Managing your Account/Personal Page

We would like to ask all speakers/ authors to login to the Conference platform and manage their account info, description = short bio and add photo through the Conference platform that is accessible after login.

  • Logging in on the right upper corner by using your email address you have registered with.
  • You can add & change your personal data, description, and social sites on the right upper corner “name” menu.
  • Password will be sent to your email address when attempting for the first time.
  • After you log in go to your personal page (up right corner by clicking on your name).
  • Here you can manage your Personal data (profile picture, description = short bio)
  • Don’t forget to save your changes by green „Save changes“ button.
  • Feel free to use the platform and communicate with other speakers even in advance before the conference.
Uploading your presentation(s) - Speakers’ Ready Room/Conference Platform
ORAL PRESENTATIONS

All speakers within all oral sessions are asked to upload their presentation onsite at the Speakers’ Ready Room (Liffey Meeting room 1 - located on the level 1) and your presentation must be submitted to the “Speakers’ Ready Room” at least 30 minutes in advance of your session.

In case you would like to upload your presentation in advance you have also the possibility to do so within this 29th WONCA Europe Conference on-line programme Conference platform that is accessible after login.

  • Login using your email address you have registered with.
  • Password will be sent to your email address when attempting for the first time.
  • Go to your personal page (up right corner by clicking on your name).
  • Select button „Upload presentation“ => on the left side menu and upload your presentation. File limitation is 200 MB.
Uploading your poster(s) - Conference Platform

If you would like to upload your Poster you must do so on this 29th WONCA Europe Conference on-line programme Conference platform that is accessible after login.

  • Login using your email address you have registered with.
  • Password will be sent to your email address when attempting for the first time.
  • Go to your personal page (up right corner by clicking on your name).
  • Select button „Upload poster“ => on the left side menu and upload your poster. File limitation is 200 MB.
  • PDF file is recommended.
